We will gladly accept returns on all items within 14 days from time of shipment. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with original tags. 

Return handling and return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. Shipping cost are non-refundable. Please choose carefully, returns for exchange of size or style can only occur ONCE.

Sales Items:

Ulla Ulla does not accept returns (refund, exchange, or credit) on any sale item unless deemed faulty.

Warranty:

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, not improper use or care of the product. It must be notified within a maximum period of 30 days after purchasing it.

Shipping Information

Standard orders are typically processed between 3-5 business days for Colombia shipping, and 5-8 business days for another countries.  Please be aware that at times, unexpected delays may occur which Ulla Ulla has no control over and is not responsible for. 

 

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed through our website. As soon as we process your order and your package has left, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number.
